A page says "Something went wrong
What to do when a page doesn't load, a button doesn't respond or you see an error message.
If a page shows Something went wrong loading this page, or a message like "That didn't go through. Refresh the page and try again.", your data is safe. These steps fix most problems:
Click Try again on the error, or refresh the page.
Check your internet connection. On a phone, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Sign out and sign back in.
Try another browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari), and make sure yours is up to date.
If you were saving something, check whether it saved before trying again, so you don't add it twice. Look on the board, in My requests, or in the Activity log.
Pages look out of date#
Plainstamp keeps the everyday boards ready in the background and refreshes them about once a minute while the app is open. Anything you change yourself shows straight away. If someone else's change hasn't appeared yet, refresh the page.
