I can't sign in
What each sign-in message means and how to get back into your account.
Find the message you see below. If none of these help, email support@plainstamp.com.
"That email and password don't match"#

Check the email address for typos. Use the address you signed up with (often your work email).
Check Caps Lock, and that your keyboard is set to the right language.
Still no luck? Click Forgot your password? and choose a new one. See Sign in, sign out and reset your password.
"Confirm your email first"#
You haven't clicked the link in the confirmation email yet. Look for Confirm your email for Plainstamp in your inbox (and spam folder) and click Confirm my email.
Can't find it? Under the message on the Sign in page, next to "Didn't get the email?", click Send it again. We send a fresh link to the email you typed. You can ask again after a minute (the button counts down until then). Use the link in the newest email. See I didn't get the confirmation or reset email.
"Signing in with Google or Microsoft didn't finish"#
This shows if you closed the Google or Microsoft window, said no to sharing your email, or something went wrong on their side. Try again. If it keeps happening, sign in with your email and password; if you never set one, use Forgot your password? to create one.
"That link has expired or was already used"#
You opened an old confirmation or reset link. See The link says it has expired or was already used.
It asks for a 6-digit code#
Your account (or your workspace) uses two-step sign-in. Enter the code showing in your authenticator app right now. If it doesn't work, see My two-step sign-in code doesn't work.
I signed in, but it asks me to set up an office#
You're signed in, but you aren't an active member of any workspace. See Plainstamp asks me to set up an office, but my team already uses it.
"Your account has been deleted"#
This shows after you delete your own account. Deleted accounts can't be brought back. You can create a new account with the same email, and ask your team to invite you again.
