It says only an admin can do that
What the "Only admins can…", "You can only…" and "You can't…" messages mean, and who to ask.
Plainstamp checks your role every time you do something. If your role doesn't allow it, a message pops up at the bottom of the screen and nothing is changed. Here are the common ones.

Is it the role, or the workspace?#
If a red banner at the top says the workspace is paused or read-only, nobody can change anything, whatever their role. See I can't add or change anything.
